FAQs

     Parking:

  • Parking is at Holt Railway Station. Please follow the signs on the Cromer Road and Holt Bypass.

  • Disabled parking is available, please email greshfest2022@gmail.com with your registration to book a space.

  • For disabled parking, please use the Auden Drive and bring your Blue Badge with you.

  • A drop off area is on the Parade Ground (main entrance to Gresham's School).

       Entry:

  • Tickets must be presented on arrival, either electronic or hard copy, so please have them ready.

  • Please do not bring any glass, sharp objects or alcohol into the venue. There will be a bag check at the entrance.

  • Gates open on the Saturday at 16:00 and on Sunday at 10:00

  • Is the Theatre in the Woods accessible for wheelchair users?  Yes, please book the Accessible Seats and let us know if you require assistance.

  • What time can I arrive?  Saturday, from 4pm and Sunday from 10am. There are TWO performances on Sunday so check what time your performance starts. The Greshfest Arena will be open from 10am and throughout the day.

  • Where do we park?  Parking is at the Holt Railway Station, please follow the signs on the Cromer Road.  Parking is free.  The walk through the woods from the Car Park can be uneven – please wear appropriate footwear.

  • Is there parking for disabled drivers?  Blue Badge holder parking is available on site, please use the Auden Theatre entrance.  Drop off area is on the Parade Ground.

  • Can I buy food and drink at the event?  Yes, there’s street food vendors selling hot food. You can bring a picnic too if you prefer.  There is also a Bar, Cocktail Bar and Water Station for drinks.

  • Is there any shelter in case it rains?   No, please bring appropriate clothing in case of wet weather.  The Theatre in the Woods is open air too!

  • Will I get a refund if it rains?  Sorry no, all tickets purchased are non-refundable.

​​

  • Can I bring my dog? Sorry, no dogs to this event.

TIMES

Saturday 18th June

  • 16:00 - Gates open. Picnic or Feast at the Greshfest Arena. Choose from a range of Norfolk's finest Street Food and chill out with a drink from the Beer Tent or Cocktail Bar before the show starts

  • 18:00 - Time to take your seats in the enchanting Theatre in the Woods

  • 18:30 - Showtime

  • 19:15 - Interval - a chance to top up your glass!

  • 21:00 - Performance ends

Sunday 19th June

  • 10:00 - Gates open, Greshfest Arena open all day. Enjoy fun, food and entertainment and wander round local craft stalls

  • 11:00 - Time to take your seats in the enchanting Theatre in the Woods for the 1st performance of the Virtual Big Sing

  • 11:30 - 13:00 - Showtime - 1st performance

  • 13:30 - Time to take your seats in the Theatre in the Woods for the 2nd performance

  • 14:00 - 15:30 - Showtime - 2nd performance of the Virtual Big Sing

  • 17:00 - Events ends
